I graduated from the School of Energy Healing in 2003 and have been studying the flow of information energy, for over 20 years.
I was drawn to this work for its potential to offer deeper insight into the four bodies—mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and their interrelationship. It has done that and more.
My particular areas of focus include past life regression and what might be described as ‘entities’ or ‘visitors’ removal.
For two decades I have worked with clients, supporting them in deep introspection and in expanding the foundations of their perception—while continually expanding my own.
Each client is unique, and the work evolves accordingly, following what is needed to find clarity.
Alongside this, I studied Core Somatics part-time over four years. Combined with energy work, this provides a strong foundation from which to hold space and walk alongside the client

My sessions with Fin take me into the unknown. I/We don’t know where we will journey together from one session to the next. I discover aspects of myself long forgotten or newly discovered that I haven’t brought into full consciousness. The alchemy at work is tangible but does not come from rational or logical thought, although by the end of the session I fully comprehend the how and the why. During the journey the how or the why is less important, the focus is on the here and now and the connection to my body. Yes the connection to my body, all too important, without that I am just thought not the experience.
